UK Delivery Options

Next Day/ Nominated Delivery - £8.95 (order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed using the date picker will be delivered on the chosen delivery date).

Standard - £3.95 (Delivery time, 3-5 working days)

Please note, if your order contains multiple items, you may receive the goods in separate parcels. 

International Delivery Options

We dispatch to a wide range of countries outside of the UK. Delivery charges will be shown at the time of checkout. In exceptional circumstances concerning large orders, we may have to contact you to increase the postage charge, and in this case, you will have the right to cancel your order.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. International orders are not subject to UK VAT and prices will be reduced accordingly. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please email info@bundlesofjoy-shopping.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for the return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a Returns Number and full instructions on how to return all or part of your order.

We are unable to process returns without a valid Returns Number. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We advise choosing a trackable service that covers the cost of your goods.
