We accept card payments for online orders, and can offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to. You can also pay via Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

 

We have different delivery options available according to how urgent your order is, including a next day delivery option. To view these options and find out exactly when you will receive your parcel, please refer to our delivery and returns page.

Yes, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you purchase, and they are unused and within their original packaging, you can return them to us for a refund within 14 days of the order. Please email our Customer Services Team on info@bundlesofjoy-shopping.co.uk - who will advise you further.

Unfortunately not, all our customer orders are passed directly to our warehouse for shipping.

Orders placed  before 2pm on a Friday using our Saturday service will be delivered the following day.

Our personalised balloons are expected to last up to 10 days, however sometimes due to temperature changes, they can start to deflate more quickly. Balloons will last longer when kept at room temperature.
