A personalised bubble balloon guaranteed to deliver a smile. This pretty pastel design is ideal for baby celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions. This 24-inch balloon can be customised with a personal message using our online editor and is filled with mini balloons in a mixture of pink, white, light blue and mint green colours.
